The Marriage Law Foundation is a charitable, non-profit organization which provides legal resources to defend and protect marriage. We do this in three ways:
First - We engage in key court cases addressing the definition and role of marriage. Our approach is twofold: to aid lawyers tasked with defending man/woman marriage and to file amicus briefs on behalf of groups and individuals also intent on preserving that vital social institution.
Second - We write scholarly articles addressing in depth and in a rigorous way key aspects of the marriage issue.
Third - We provide commentary to the news media both on important judicial and legislative developments relative to the marriage issue and on the substance of both side's arguments. To see recent samples of that commentary, click here.
